분절운동이 가미된 치과용 믹싱팁의 혼합효율 향상에 의한 내부체적 감소연구
The use of an impression material is an essential element for dental treatments and must be dispensed at an appropriate rate with the curing agent. Mixing tip have many advantages such as minimizing the entry of bubble and increasing mixing efficiency. However, a disadvantage of disposable mixing tip is that unnecessary residual impression materials remain inside after use. In this study, we want to minimize the internal volume of the mixing tip by reducing the impression material. The designed mixing tip by Solid works was simulated by comsol before the experiment and made mixing tip using a 3D printer. Image J was used to confirm the degree of mixing uniformity and the tensile strength was verified through Shore A hardness. We can draw a result that the ratio of 2:8 is better than 5:5 in terms of degree of mixing uniformity and tensile strength. As a result, the internal volume of the mixing tip could be reduced due to high mixing efficiency.
