드론의 성능 개선을 위한 구조 형상 설계

Recently, as drones have become widely popularized in various applications, their studies are being actively carried out at home and abroad. However, research on drones has mainly focused on material for weight reduction or propeller and battery, which are related to flight performance and time of the drones, but shape design of drones has not been actively carried out. In this research, we selected a currently commercialized quadcopter as a design object and tried to solve current problems such as propeller damage and improve its performance such as short flight times and unnecessarily large volume. For this, the guard shape was changed to protect the exposed propellers from external impact and verified its durability by impact analysis before and after changing the guard shape. After generating the pre-production shape to 3D modeling, we proposed an improved design by assembling fastening parts, carbon pipes, and other parts, which are printed using a 3D printer. The proposed design have improved assemblability compared to existing products, so that damaged parts can be easily replaced, and their fight time, flight performance, and durability were improved.
