포터블 샤워 캡을 이용한 개인맞춤형 샤워기

It is a precious time to wash away a hard day to modern people. Recently, the water pressure shower is popular. Many products have been developed, including an air jet shower that automatically sucks the outside air to increase the water pressure, a shower that can turn the shower head to use three functions, and an anion outlet shower. However, it is difficult to satisfy the individual water pressure and the amount of water with a single shower. In addition, depending on the residential environment, there is a lack of water pressure to be passed through the shower, which makes it is unpleasant. Even if the shower is replaced, it is not possible to meet the satisfaction of the individual with the fixed the several water injection methods. In this study, we proposed a method to adjust shape of water by attaching a portable head cap to the existing shower head without using the method of changing the whole shower head. We designed a portable head cap of the desired forms through a CAD program and then analyzed the water flow of the model using the ANSYS program. Through the analysis result, the suitable models were selected and made into 3D printer. It was applied the 3D printer model attached to the actual water hose.
