물로켓 노즈콘 형상에 따른 비행거리 변화 분석

Water rocket is educational material and have various educational values. In this study, the shape of nosecone which can change the performance of water rocket was studied. The shape change of the nosecone causes the difference of the drag, and the flight range of the water rocket changes as a result. Four types of nosecone are fabricated using 3D printer such as Conical nose cone, Elliptical nose cone, Tangent ogive and Von Karman ogive. The launch angle of the water rocket was set at 45 degrees to fly the maximum distance. Conducted launch test that each water rocket was run under constant conditions of 600 mL of water and 7 bar of air and measured the flight distance.
