OpenFOAM 기반 공기청정기 유동해석 프로그램 개발
This study presents development of customized modeling and simulation(M&S) software which can be easily used for a manufacturing company. This program was developed for simulation of air purification system based on OpenFOAM, an open source program for computational fluid dynamics(CFD). As a general housing structure, 14 types of flat-shaped rooms are provided, and their sizes can be modified. In addition, 3 types of commercial air purifier models are provided. They can be located at any point inside of the room and rotated toward 8 directions. Only the inlet velocity and the operating time is required as boundary conditions. Two types of solvers are developed, which are divided by coupled and uncoupled methods for solving Navier-Stokes and species transport equations. Finally, the result of the post-processing using the ParaView component and the graph of the result are displayed, so that the concentration reduction of the contaminant can be easily confirmed.
