동역학 기반 NVH해석을 위한 싸이클로이드 기어의 개발
The internal gear set of cycloid type is advantageous in terms of NVH performance because it has less power loss due to sliding due to its contact characteristics and the change of the contact ratio is smaller than the involute type. Also a large reduction ratio can be realized in a small space. For these reasons, the cycloid gear is adopted in many mechanical systems.
In this study, the cycloid gear analysis model is developed that can reflect continuously changing stiffness and mis-alignment under variable drive conditions by using user function of DAFUL / Drivetrain. And it is verified with FE solutions.
