컨포멀 냉각수로를 적용한 사출금형의 냉각성능 열유동해석
In this study, thermal-fluidic analysis of cooling performance of an injection mold with conformal cooling channels was conducted to improve the cooling performance of a mold in the plastic injection process. Simulation results show that the cooling time of the mold with the conformal cooling channels is significantly reduced compared to the conventional cooling method using baffles.
