UV 경화성 폴리머 소재기반의 광조형물 표면 거칠기 향상을 위한 3D 프린팅 공정연구
Recently, there have been various researches for improving the surface roughness because the surface roughness of the sculpture becomes rough due to the area error occurring between the layers and the layers of each sculpture produced by the 3D printer. In this paper, to improve the surface roughness of photo sculpture based UV curable polymer, we analyzed the surface roughness by fabricating photo sculpture according to UV intensity (5 ~ 40) through analysis of UV curable polymer curing mechanism. When the UV intensity was 10, the result of the surface roughness of 8.8um was obtained.
