Problems such as deflection, deformation or damage can happen to steel structures of plant modules during the process of transportation through land and sea route or construction in plant construction sites. To prevent such problems from happening, the structural engineers evaluate weight balance in basic design of modules in early stage of structural design and add counter masses and support materials to the module structures to evenly distribute the weight throughout the module structures. There are many inefficient processes during structural analysis and design stages. Structural engineers have to analyze up to a hundred times in some cases to optimize the design in many different parts of the structure. This software uses the user requirements and design guides to determine the counter mass location and weight and support structure, in connection with structural analysis solver. In the future, this softwares capabilities and the level of performances will be verified using test bed plant module model used in the field construction practice.
