일체형 마이크로 가스크로마토그래피 설계
Gas chromatography is the most reliable technique for qualitative and quantitative analysis of meteorological substances. A microfabricated gas chromatography system uses ultra-low power with portability and high sensitivity compared to a conventional gas chromatography. Due to the advantages of micro gas chromatography, it can be applied to all fields requiring gas analysis such as industrial field, indoor and outdoor air quality analysis, and fine dust analysis. Micro gas chromatography is composed of three elements (pre-concentrator, micro column, sensor). In this study, we designed and fabricated integrated micro gas chromatograph incorporating these three elements and confirmed analytical performance for VOCs mixture.
