마이크로 입자가 포함된 미세액적의 증발특성에 관한 연구
Possible application of nano/micro structures have been expanded to various fields so studies for fabricating these structures have been actively conducted. Particularly, fabrication method using particles is so simple and cost-effective, that it has attracted much attentions nowadays. Several methods for obtaining a well-ordered array of particles have been studied, but most of them are based on evaporation of the solution to obtain the array of the particles. In this study, we investigate the behavior of droplet and micro-sized particles during the evaporation process. The effect of particle on the behavior of droplet, which is also related with the arrangement of the particle, is investigated and the parameters influencing the arrangement are investigated. In the case of the colloidal solution, the behavior of droplets in the evaporation process was different from that of droplet without particles.
