은 나노와이어 그물망을 이용한 고효율 필터의 제작

Air quality, especially, particulate matter (PM) has become a major public health issue in Korea. Previously, air filter consist of polymeric nanofiber demonstrates high efficiency of PM capturing and lower pressure drop. In this research, Ag nanowire percolation network is conducted for a transparent, active PM2.5 air filter. Ag nanowire percolation network has long-range attracting force due to electrostatic charge accumulated on its surface, relatively polymeric nanofiber has short-range force decaying faster than electrostatic force. Air filter presented in this research shows high efficiency of PM capturing and moderate transparency.
