적외선 감지기를 위한 자연 모사 기반 온도 감지 층 연구

Recently, various studies for detecting infrared rays have been conducted. We attempted to enhance the detectivity and sensitivity of a microbolometer, which are inferior to those of a cooled infrared detector, by adopting pectin as an infrared absorption layer. Pectin, which can be easily obtained from nature, can address the issue of the limited sensitivity and detectivity by improving the bolometer performance due to its ultra-high temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) value. Additionally, pectin is abundant and low-priced compared with widely used vanadium oxide. A microelectromechanical system (MEMS) process was used in order to fabricate a pectin film with a proper thickness and pattern the film surfaces which absorbed infrared light more effectively.
