기판 표면에너지에 따른 코팅유체의 피닝효과에 관한 연구
In this study, pinning effect of coating fluid is investigated depending on the surface energy of substrate. The contact line of coated fluid is pinned at the initial position with high surface energy (contact angle 90°). These phenomena is induced by unbalanced Young’s force at the coating edge and could be controlled by changing the surface energy and physical properties of fluid.
