FDM(Fused Deposition Modeling)방식을 이용한 다공성 격자구조체 개발 및 치과보철물 분야로의 응용
In the PFM structure, there is often an adhesive failure between the metal and the ceramic, which is referred to as a serious dental problem. To prevent this issue, our study aims to develop a porous grid dental structure that can improve the strength of the bonding strength. First, the topology optimization design was modeled using computer simulations to ensure that the porous structure can have a maximum bulk or shear modulus. Since then, several models have been printed differently with varying porosity ratios. Manufactured dental prosthetic materials were evaluated through shear test, 3 point bending test, compression and tension test. The results showed that the porous grid structure showed a greater bonding strength when used for PFM metals, and the structure showed stable stress distribution under the maximum occlusal force in human. This study enhance the structural stability of PFM prosthesis in oral and contributed to the development of dental prosthetic.
