수술 전 사지 소독 보조 장치 개발: 거상력과 견인력 결정

Preoperative skin sterilization and disinfection is a fundamental procedure performed to prevent infection. This procedure requires several unnecessary medical personnel. Therefore, we developed an assistant device for assisting preoperative sterilization procedure. This study evaluated lifting and traction force, and tested applicability of developed assistant device using lower extremity of cadavers. The lifting force was 3.8 ± 1.2 kg. The traction force was 11.9 ± 3.9 kg. In the applicability test for the developed device using non-fractured low, normal and overweight cadavers, maximal lifting height was 69.1 ± 0.1 cm, 68.8 ± 0.3 cm and 74.2 ± 0.3 cm, respectively. The maximal lifting angle was 50.8 ± 0.2°, 53.3 ± 1.4° and 67.7 ± 0.6°, and the tensile force was 1.8 ± 0.2 kg, 2.3 ± 0.2 kg and 4.6 ± 0.3 kg, respectively. The amount of the traction for the fractured model was 3.8 ± 0.1 mm for low weight, 3.4 ± 0.2 mm for normal weight and 3.8 ± 0.3 mm for overweight. The traction holding time was over 30seconds for all groups.
