암반특성 예측기능을 가진 유압브레이커용 컨트롤러의 신뢰성 검증을 위한 부하계측 및 시험 Code 개발에 관한 연구

Researchers are actively seeking to develop ICT integrated core components of construction equipment, with electric and electronic control systems to decrease fuel costs and increase efficiency. However, the lack of field operation cases of such equipment with ICT integrated components leads to the absence of failure-mechanism-based test methodology, resulting in the difficulty in verifying the product reliability. Through this study, the authors will attempt to propose a design method for testing the reliability of the ICT integrated controller for hydraulic breakers by deriving the actual condition load and realizing the accelerated test conditions through the actual vehicle test.
