소형 이차전지 파우치의 접착강도 및 내전해액성 연구
Lithium polymer batteries are rapidly developing because that the stability is improved more than conventional lithium secondary batteries and it can make various forms. Therefore, a variety of studies on lithium polymer batteries are required. The aluminum pouch is exterior material of lithium polymer battery. The adhesive strength and electrolyte resistance of aluminum pouch are important factors because they affect reliability of lithium polymer battery. So, in this paper, we investigate the influence on adhesive strength and electrolyte resistance by mixing ratio of the polyolefin adhesive. In the mixing ratio, as the main element ratio was reduced, the adhesive strength was most high. Also, as the main element ratio was higher, the electrolyte resistance over time was stable. It means that the cohesive force was improved according to increase in multiple crosslink.
