단차 스퀼러 팁 형상이 적용된 블레이드 흡입면에서의 열전달 측정
Heat transfer was measured in shelf squealer tip configurations on the blade suction side. Experiments were conducted in three different configurations: the conventional squealer tip; the vertical shelf squealer tip; inclined shelf squealer tip. The experiment was performed in a five blade linear cascade with inlet Reynolds number based on axial chord length of the blade was 140,000. Heat transfer coefficient was obtained using transient It thermography method. The flow field near the suction side was captured by particle image velocimetry (PIV). In case of the vertical shelf squealer tip, heat transfer was increased by tip leakage vortex compared as other squealer geometries.
