고압가스를 가정한 챔버 내부의 질소공급에 따른 초음파의 종파 에너지에 관한 감쇠 신호 분석

This research was attempted in order to suggest th result, which can improve the ultrasonically longitudinal waves as supplying N2 gas, in a assumed chamber of high pressure gas. Experimental device was autonomously developed by PZT and matching layer, and experimental method could be controlled by variable signals with 3 components from ±2 kHz in based on 70 kHz of transferred frequency. The result of can verify a energy performance which was increased about 4% higher than obtained acoustic energies at �and �, and matching layer, where sensor was combined, was generated by performance which can increase the accuracy of measurement at gas fuels from chemical wood characteristics.
