상처치료과정의 재현 및 세포거동 분석을 위한 나노패턴 기반 미세유체 디바이스

Wound healing process is common and fatal process in living organisms. Because improper wound healing can occur loss of original tissue, functions also infections. So this process has been studied to reveal the mechanisms, but there are still lots of unknown area. In this study, we suggested a microfluidic system which can recapitulate specific part of wound healing process and tried to manipulate cellular behavior upon manipulation of geometry, specifically with nano-pattern which was developed by PDMS soft lithography. For the first, we investigated static/dynamic cellular behavior of fibroblast, one of major participant in wound healing, on nano-patterns of various density. Based on above results, we operated reproducing wound healing process in the nano-pattern embedded microfluidic device. Then we analyzed cellular behavior in the wound healing process when surface geometry was differed in nanoscale. From mimicked wound healing process in designed microfluidic platform we find guided cellular behavior especially cell migration. And these results can be expected to contribute to basic study of wound healing study and also medical application.
