유동 가시화를 통한 복합소재 내부 섬유 정렬 각도 해석에 관한 연구
In this paper, we analyze the alignment of fiber type additives inside a polymer composites by flow visualiztion. A molten polymer composite flow is simulated by uncured PDMS and milled carbon fiber mixture flowing inside a channel. The angle variations of a traveling fiber is visualized and quantified through a house made MATLAB code. The fiber alignment at a straight and 90 degree elbow channels are analyzed. The experimental results are compared to a CFD analysis results.
