전기 집진기 내부의 효율적 유동 확산을 위한 다공성 판막의 배열
The degree of fow uniformity through perforated plate affects the collecting efficiency of electrostatic precipitators. The process of generating a uniform velocity distribution must take place before the flow reaches the collection chamber. This is achieced by a wide-angle screened diffuser upstream of perforated plate.
owing to factors arising during fabrication, the performance of even well designed perforated plate-diffuser combinations can be deficient in practice. Under such conditions, uniformity of flow can be regaind by applying local blanking of perforated plated wherever high velocities are found
This paper studies the application of the number of the perforated plates with diffuser to control the velocity profile. Furthermore, it investigates the use of blanking techiques to midify the local position of perforated plates
