Reduced Graphene Oxide첨가를 통한 Polyvinyl Alcohol의 전기전도도, 열전도율의 향상 및 EMI Shielding에 적용
Recently, polymeric materials have been used for the studies on electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding in order to induce the absorption mechanism rather than reflection mechanism by metallic sheets. However, the low thermal conductivity of a polymer, which generally ranges in 0.1 to 0.4 W/mK, has been an unsolved problem for this application. Adding nanoparticles with high thermal conductivity leads to overcoming this drawback. The electrical conductivity of the nanocomposite also improves by adding nanoparticles along with the increase in the thermal conductivity. In this research, we measured the sheet resistance of a polyvinyl alcohol (PVA)/reduced graphene oxide (rGO) film and also the thermal conductivity of the film using a suspended microdevice.
