압축기 하우징의 대류열전달계수에 따른 압축기 성능 변화 연구
One of the household appliances that use a lot of energy is a household refrigerator. In order to reduce the energy consumption of the refrigerator, the efficiency of the compressor should be improved. In this study, the change of convective heat transfer coefficient on the compressor housing surface according to different machine room was investigated and the effect of convective heat transfer coefficient on compressor performance was also examined. As a result, the convective heat transfer coefficient of the compressor housing for an open-type machine room with a cooling fan was about four times higher compared to a closed-type machine room without a cooling fan. This high convective heat transfer coefficient contributes to the increase of the cooling power and COP of the refrigerator.
