텅스텐 및 코발트계 분말을 이용한 레이저 클래딩 시의 비드 특성 비교
In this study, one pass and multi pass cladding were performed using Co-based and W-based powders. Experiments were carried out by varying the laser power, traveling speed and overlapping ratio using a diode laser with a maximum output power of 8.0kW. The characteristics of clad layer were observed through bead shape, dilution rate and mechanical properties. As a result of comparing the bead characteristics of clad layers formed by respective powders under the same cladding conditions, the width was wider and the hardness was higher when W-based powder was used.
