고급차량용 볼 중공 튜브라 샤프트 개발을 위한 기계&유압 서보기술이 수반된 성형장비 개발에 대한 연구
Solid drive shaft parts of existing cars are heavily weighted and cause NVH (Noise, Vibration and Harshness) problems. Accordingly, there is a tendency to replace hollow shaft products in the solid shaft, but there is a safety problem such as breakage of the product due to friction welding and inward machining, and there is a limit in the thickness of section of the material. In overseas rotary swinging method, there are quality problems due to frictional heat and problems in domestic commercialization due to expensive equipment cost. Therefore, we would study the development of hitting method molding equipment applying the mechanical & hydraulic servo technology.
