바이오메디컬응용 PEEK소재적용 CO2 Laser PBF 3D프린팅장비개발 및 공정연구

In this study, Our goal is the determination of the optimum process conditions for improvement of the mechanical properties of the PEEK test pieces and a development of PBF type 3D printer that are widely used as a Biomedical applications. Regarding the optimum process condition, the layer thickness , power, scan speed and space, bed and chamber temperature conditions were changed. For the optimum process conditions, the initial inspection of test pieces fabricated with a 200℃ bed temperature and a 350℃ chamber temperature, scan speed 1000mm/s, scan space 0.06mm, layer thickness 0.1mm and power 3watt is good.
