스마트금형응용 SUS소재적용 Fiber Laser PBF 3D프린팅장비 개발 및 공정연구
This paper discusses mechanical properties and shape dimensional error of SUS test pieces and scale bar by using 3D printing technology fabrication, At the experimentally obtained optimal processes conditions of layer thickness 0.1mm, scan space 0.05nm and scan speed 1000~1400mm/s. and power 50~150W. The tensile strength of test pieces is 558MPa. Therefore, the optimal process condition of the system are experimentally validated. Surface roughness is 3.9㎛ to 5.5㎛ finally, dimensional error is –38㎛ to 59㎛.
