소형 전기굴삭기 붐선회용 전기-유압 구동 시스템 설계
The conventional hydraulic construction machines were operated by driving the hydraulic pump with the power of the internal combustion engine. However, eco-friendly technologies are being developed that reduce emissions from the internal combustion engine and achieve zero emission finally to meet environmental regulations by global warming. Especially, electric excavators are being studied that supplies electric energy by replacing the internal combustion engine with electric motors in the field of construction machinery.
In this paper, an electro-hydrostatic actuator was applied to a boom swing of a mini electric excavator, and an excavator’s load was estimated using a dynamic analysis tool. Then, the result was used to design the electro-hydrostatic actuator.
