IOT(Internet of Things)를 활용한 싱글 스크루 공기압축기 에어엔드 스마트 모니터링 시스템

In the conventional air compressor, in particular, rotational elements such as bearing, housing and structural members can be worn out or damaged with respect to the operating time and excessive stress. However, it is hard to estimate the expected wear amount or evaluate the exact amount of damage during the operation by the conventional analytic approaches using the mathematical models. To monitor the interested parts in the air compressor air-end, various sensors are efficient to evaluate the conditions of the mechanical part by using such as the deformation sensor and vibration sensor etc. Moreover, the wireless communication technique enables transmit various sensor signals data to the operator regardless of operator’s locations on the internet. In this paper, we demonstrate the smart monitoring system for single-screw type air compressor via IOT(internet of things) technique.
