스마트 공장 구축 가능한 취출 로봇 제어시스템

Goods made from plastic are used in the various area of living and industry. Injection molding process, which is consist of heating, tool close, injection, cooling, tool open, and take-out, is used for production of plastic goods. This process has been conducted by manual. Recently, the effort for saving of production cost by using the quality and process improvement in the injection molding product, which can be achieved by adoption of smart factory, is increasing. Automation of production process, gathering of process related data, and transfer to manufacturing execution system are required for the construction of smart factory. Take-out robot, mold monitoring equipment, and gathering and transfer equipment are used in the injection molding process. In this study, take-out robot control system, which is consisted of mold monitoring module, motion controller, and total operating system, is proposed for automation of injection molding process required for construction of smart factory.
