내부전극을 고려한 적층형 세라믹 캐패시터 축소 해석모델 구축
In this study, reduced finite element(FE) model of multi-layer ceramic capacitor(MLCC) was constructed considering inner electrode. In comparison to previous FE model, the composition of inner material was changed. As the inner electrode was added, its thickness affects the mechanical movement of MLCC. Stress of dielectric layer was proportional to inverse of the thickness and elastic modulus of inner electrode. When the elastic modulus rewarded by multiply the ratio of increase of the number of layers, the FE model showed consistent response at the center of top and head surfaces.
