유한요소법을 이용한 비닐 투입기의 구조해석

The feeding machine is required to have enough strength because of the repetitive motion for long time. Dynamic structural analysis of the vinyl feeding machine is carried out by using ANSYS and RecurDyn. Since the maximum stress of the frame is shown below the yield strength the frame will be stable considering the safety factor. As the thickness of the motor bracket decreases, the stress and deformation increases and the natural frequency decreases. It is noted that the frame and bracket of the feeding machine is structurally proper according to the results.
