전장부품 체결용 브라켓 구조 특성 및 진동 특성 분석

In this study, stress distribution analysis of electronic part connecting bracket is performed by Finite Element Method (FEM). Due to increase of electronic parts in vehicle, reliability test is important to ensure the safety of bracket. The results of stress distribution in resonance frequency shows one of the weakest area of the bracket. In the 0.5G, 2 cycles of sine wave, Y-direction condtion with 734.46 Hz (mode 3) shows maximum stress (40.34 MPa) at the edge of the bracket.
