폭발하중에 따른 방폭창 안전성 검증을 위한 시물레이션
In this paper, we have been studying the safety of the explosion - proof window through the simulation program, recognizing the lack of research data on how much the windshield and chassis can withstand the explosion when the explosion occurs.First, the structural analysis of the chassis and the windshield constituting the explosion-proof window was carried out. After that, the numerical value of how much the explosion load was given by the explosion load was determined, and it was judged whether or not it passed the explosion proof safety certification standard.As the explosion load was given, the deformation of the explosion-proof window was calculated by using the WINGUARD program.The chassis has been modeled using the ANSYS program and has increased the accuracy of deformation by applying an explosive load.
