벌크 텅스텐에서 연속조사 하의 벌크 캐스케이드에 끼치는 온도 및 PKA 에너지의 영향에 대한 분자동역학 연구

In this study, we analyzed cascade damage production under the multiple-irradiation in BCC tungsten using molecular dynamics simulations. The simulation was conducted under the condition of two different primary knock-on atom (PKA) energies (20, 30 keV) and temperature (400, 1000 K). A similar type of defect cluster was observed by multiple PKA irradiation, regardless of PKA energy and temperature. These defect clusters were consistent with observed defect clusters in single irradiation of high energy PKA and were not observed in previous single irradiation of PKA with similar energies. The higher the PKA energy, the more point defects were generated at all times, and the defect clusters formed more quickly. When the simulation temperature was changed, the generation of point defects tended to decreases at high temperatures until the first two PKA irradiations. However, the effect of temperature was not observed in the subsequent PKA irradiations.
