소형트럭 탈부착 및 도로 경사로 전용 제초시스템의 3단 굴절 붐대에 대한 구조 안정성 연구
In order to remove weeds from both side slopes of the road, the worker usually uses a hand mower to work. In addition, there are overseas products that can be attached to the front part of a medium-sized truck or a tractor for agricultural machine, and there is no domestic product developed yet in Korea. In case of overseas products, the price is high and it is a system that is almost exclusively used when it is fixed not removable, it may be difficult to use the vehicle or tractor separately. Therefore, we would like to develop a domestic weed system of a three-stage refractory boom-type system that can be attached to and detached from a small truck. In this study, structural stability is secured through pre - computational analysis of three - stage reflux boom zone. At least 500kg load is applied to the end of the boom during operation and the load is 759kg which satisfies the standard safety factor of 1.5 and it is confirmed that the structure for the boom is stable.
