자동차용 배기 벨로우즈 용접부의 피로수명 예측을 위한 해석적 연구
The automotive bellows are applied to the different structure and shape depending on various objectives such as the displacement of a car and the material of an exhaust system. In addition, it primarily plays a role of absorbing vibration of the exhaust system, and a very important part in the exhaust system. The research which has many interests in automobiles has been conducting optimization and fatigue of the welding process in various fields.Because automobile bellows are required to have high-quality welds, parts that ensure fatigue and life-span, and in this respect design specifications through optimization of the welding process of the bellows used in a specific environment and structural analysis.
Therefore, in this study, by executing the fatigue analysis of a automotive bellows which can be produced in accordance with the requirement of the quantitative lifetime target values for bellows, it attempts to verify the safety of the proposed exhaust system.
