T700/Epoxy 복합재료의 볼트 조인트 설계에 대한 실험적 연구
This paper presents experimental test results regarding the bolt bearing strength of T700/Epoxy laminate joints as a function of specimen geometry. The geometry is controlled with edge-distance ratio of specimen. In addition, the tests were performed considering the presence or absence of pre-torque, and it was observed that the fracture modes were slightly different from each other. Bearing load increased due to the presence of pre-torque. Test results show that the bearing failure mode is observed when the edge-distance ratio is 2 or more. It is also observed that the failure mode is apparent at the bolt joint due to the pre-torque constraint.
