용적계량식 프린팅 시스템을 활용한 금속 3차원 구조물 제작

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of stage speed and flow rate (piston speed) to fabricate uniform 2-dimensional patterns by using two different solder wires (Sn60Pb and lead free solder). From the results, we obtained combinations of proper stage speed and piston speed which is shown as contours. Regions of contours are divided bulge, uniform line and dashed pattern. Line widths of printed uniform lines and dashed patterns are also investigated. In addition, 3-dimensional structure was successfully fabricated with the stage speed of 30 mm/s and the piston speed of 0.05 mm/s when Sn60Pb was used.
