We propose a new design consisting of multiple hyperlenses arranged in arrays through nano-imprint method. We show the experimental result of wafer-scale hyperlens array with high uniformity. Also, we show the experimental result of super-resolution imaging on hyperlenses by combining to conventional microscopy system with resolution down to 160 nm. The hyperlens super-resolution imaging technique can be used as a useful tool in biology, pathology, medical science and nanotechnology.
