VCSEL 을 이용한 근적외선 원거리 영상 시스템 개발

The Vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser(VCSEL) is very useful source for illumination with single wavelength. And normal Si CCD has active range of quantum efficiency from 400nm to 1000nm. For acquisition NIR image, 850nm wavelength is used with line pass filter to Si CCD sensor. A VCSEL has some benefit for night vision. It has single wavelength and feature of straight and high operating temperature. This night vision system is possible to get a long distance image at the night without surrounding light source.
