ME 엔진의 배기밸브용 축압기의 N2 가스 모니터링 장치 개발
In the ME engine used in super large ships, the cylinder is operated intermittently to operate the exhaust valve by the hydraulic cylinder. Therefore, accumulator is used for energy saving and shock reduction.
The large ME engine operates continuously at 3~4 Hz for sevral months and the pressure of the charge gas is very import.
In this study, the N2 gas monitoring system of the accumulator for the exhaust valve was developed to improve the efficiency and operational reliability of ME engine with high operating frequency and service life.
