원자력/화력발전소용 유압 실린더의 쿠션 최적화 연구
Hydraulic cylinders are mainly used to linearly move large object. Also, a large inertia occurs due to the movement of the object. Hydraulic cushions are installed at both ends of the cylinder to eliminate the impact caused by large inertia.
In this study, the system inertia and spring force were analyzed for a sigle-acting hydraulic cylinder that opens the steam supply valve of a nuclear/thermal power plant. In order to optimize the hydraulic cushion, Modeling and Simulation analysis and prototype were fabricated, and the analysis results and experimental results were compared and analyzed.
