700oC에서 Alloy 800H의 저사이클 피로 특성

This work investigates on the low-cycle fatigue properties of Alloy 800H at 700oC. Low-cycle fatigue tests were carried out by a series of fully reversed strain-controls, i.e., 0.6, 0.9, 1.2, and 1.5% total strain ranges, under a constant strain rate of 10-3/s. In all test conditions, the fatigue resistance was decreased considerably as a result of the increase in strain range. Cyclic hardening occurred initially for all conditions, followed by saturation phase and sudden drop just prior to failure. The manifestation of dynamic strain aging (type-C) was observed as serrated behavior in stress-strain response.
