수평형 집진기의 형상에 따른 유동 특성 연구(Study of flow characteristic on shape of horizontal dust collector)

This study deals with the flow characteristics of a horizontal type dust collector. The horizontal type dust collector is a device that collects and discharges foreign substances or husks generated in a grain dryer. Nowadays particles such as fine dust are becoming an issue. Fine dust is a very important issue in agriculture. Particularly, floats such as husks that arise from drying grains do not have any countermeasures or solutions. Therefore, in this study, numerical analysis was carried out to improve the performance of horizontal type dust collector used in grain dryer using CFD. First, numerical analysis of two dust collectors with different shapes was carried out. As a result, the velocity distribution and the static pressure distribution were obtained and compared.
