균일한 열 유속이 있는 마이크로 채널에서 유체 물성과 사이즈 변화에 따른 유동 특성연구
Flow characteristics in microchannel with uniform heat flux is numerically conducted to investigate the fluid property variation and size effects. Flow and heat transfer of compressible fluid was observed while varying the heat flux and hydraulic diameter. Air is used as working fluids. As microchannel become smaller, viscous dissipation, compressible, rarefaction effects appear to have significant influence on the heat transfer.
