유전율에 따른 입자의 유전영동에 의한 거동에 대한 연구

There are many methods used to separation particles by size. However, in this study, we demonstrate that particles can be separated by using the difference in permittivity. Particles with a dielectric constant of 10, 40, and 70 differed in the speed of movement by dielectrophoresis in the same electric field, corresponding to the size of the CM factor. As a result, it was confirmed that the particles with a dielectric constant of 40 and 70 reach the wall surface at other positions in the same channel.
