세브론 형상의 용접형 판형열교환기 열유동 특성에 관한 해석 연구

This paper investigates the heat transfer and fluid flow in welding plate heat exchanger with shevron shape by using CFD analysis. The pressure drop and turbulent flow was simulated with water as a working fluid in Reynolds number range from 500 to 6,000. The flow uniformity at outlet was showed by the area-weighted uniformity index and flow vector. The numerical model was validated with the previous empirical correlation data. And, Friction factor and Nusselt number were ploted and analyzed according to shevron angles and Reynolds numbers. The temperature distribution in hot fluid channel was approximately predicted by heat transfer with the surrounding cold temperature.
